Refund Policy

Thank you for subscribing to Brick & Block. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are issued for paid subscriptions.

Free Subscriptions

The Free subscription tier carries no charge and is not subject to this Refund Policy.

Monthly Subscriptions — Member Tier ($17/month)

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Member benefits through the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Annual Subscriptions — Member Tier ($159/year)

Annual subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window will not be honored. Upon cancellation after the refund window, you will retain access to Member benefits through the end of your annual billing period. To request a refund, reply to any Brick & Block email with the subject line "Refund Request — Annual Member" and include your subscription email address. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

Annual Subscriptions — Founding Member Tier ($329/year)

Founding Member subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window will not be honored.

Please note: The Founding Member tier is limited to 50 spots and closes permanently when full. A refunded Founding Member spot may be made available to the next subscriber on a first-come, first-served basis. QLQ Digital LLC cannot guarantee that a Founding Member spot will be available if you choose to re-subscribe after a refund. To request a refund, reply to any Brick & Block email with the subject line "Refund Request — Founding Member" and include your subscription email address. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

Exceptions

QLQ Digital LLC reserves the right to issue refunds outside of this policy on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion. Exceptions do not establish a precedent or obligation for future refunds.

Changes to This Policy

QLQ Digital LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the subscription after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
